Homedemo always works hard to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your purchase.

We do of course make every effort to ensure that your order will arrive within the delivery times shown on the website.

Unfortunately, on rare occasions, this may not always be possible. Should your order fail to arrive when expected, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve any problems.

(Please note that our liability does not extend to providing compensation for late or failed deliveries).

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that your order meets - and hopefully exceeds - your expectations. Of course, in rare cases, things can sometimes go wrong and we will always do everything we can to rectify any problems quickly and satisfactorily.

However, in the unlikely event, you need to return or exchange, we’re ready to make it right! Please keep in mind that we cannot offer a refund or exchange (remake) unless it is defective.

(Whether you are located in the Europe when you have a product problem, contact us first and we will provide you with the right solution.)

If there is a defect in material or workmanship, for example, if something doesn’t work properly, or your product was made in the wrong size due to an error made at our production facility, you can return it within 30 days of the date your order was delivered and we will replace the same product in the same size you ordered at no cost.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@homedemoshop.com, and attach photo/video proofs. If your return is accepted, we’ll cover the shipping fee and send you a pre-paid shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

If any products are broken or damaged upon arrival, please keep the original outside package to request the replacement. Kindly send us photos or videos to service@homedemoshop.com showing the damaged parts along with the package's appearance. We will help you get the replacements at the earliest.
